We utilize an outside software company called Gingr to manage our bookings. Please visit the Services tab here on the website and scroll to the bottom to create your Gingr account.

Currently we invoice through Gingr at the end of each week. Gingr has many options for you to choose from when paying, and once you create your Gingr profile you can select which option works best for you.
Great question! There are two reasons you might have been waitlisted. First, we confirm our calendar one quarter at a time, so for three consecutive months. If your reservation request falls outside of the current quarter it will be waitlisted until we confirm our calendar again. Second, if your reservation request falls on a timeframe in the current quarter when we are already full, you will be waitlisted until a spot opens up. Please keep in mind that a spot might not open up that weekend, so you should make alternative arrangements as a backup plan just in case.
We clean and sanitize on a daily or weekly schedule, depending on the task. Daily cleaning includes cleaning the backyard twice, vacuuming once, scrubbing food and water bowls and spraying down the dog beds and furniture with Skouts Honor. Weekly cleaning includes washing all of the dog bed covers and sanitizing the backyard with the Wysiwash system.
At approximately 5 months of age, puppies have received all of the necessary vaccinations to allow them to interact with unknown dogs so this is generally when daycare can be permitted.
If you live within the Philadelphia city limits, the round trip fee for pick up & drop off is $5.00 per stay. For all other pick ups & drops offs outside of the city we can discuss the fee.
Boarding services for dogs are for 24 hours and begin at the time of drop off. If your pickup time extends past that time frame by more than one hour there will be an additional daycare fee for your dogs care.
Drop off and pick up services begin at 10am each day and conclude at 7pm. If you need to drop your dog off outside of this time frame you will need to discuss extending your dogs stay and dropping your dog off the evening before or picking them up the morning after.
Just like with human kids, if your dog is not feeling well, please keep them home from daycare. Viruses and infections are very easily transmitted from dog to dog in daycare, so it's best to keep your pup home if they're under the weather.
We get it, things happen. But cancelling last minute is no good for business, so we would love it if you can let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel a stay. For non-emergencies, at least one week prior to your dogs stay. For emergencies, as soon as possible. Please see our service tab for a breakdown of cancellation fees.
We get that your pup might have the occasional accident, but we only take fully potty trained dogs here for boarding & daycare. Consistent marking and/or accidents in the house will require the use of belly bands or diapers for the duration of your dogs stay and we will charge appropriately for providing and laundering said items. Please note, frequent accidents will prevent your dog from staying with us again in the future until they are fully potty trained.
